How are you doing with your self-care?
Knowing you need to do something to take care of yourself isn’t enough. Longing for balance and more peace won’t make it happen.
Join us for Breathe and Be: Nurturing Self-Care Together, a four-week journey designed to foster balance, self-awareness, and community support.
This workshop is an invitation to delve into the core areas of your life and embrace your well-being.
What will we do together during Breathe and Be?
Be Aware: Discover Your Current Landscape
We begin by exploring where you are in life right now by using a powerful tool that helps you visualize all the important areas of your life at a glance. This session is about self-reflection and understanding where you stand, setting the stage for meaningful change.
“Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?” – 2 Corinthians 13:5
Be Intentional: Self-Care Deep Dive
In our second week, we’ll engage in a Self-Care Needs Assessment to identify what you truly need to thrive. This exercise will help you prioritize your well-being and create a personalized self-care plan.
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” – 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
BE Supported: Cleansing Connections
Relationships have a profound impact on our lives. This week, we’ll work through the ‘Detox Your Toxic Relationships’ exercise to evaluate your social circle and empower you to cultivate healthier, more supportive connections.
“Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” – Hebrews 12:1
Be Open: Letting Go Exercise
Our final week is about letting go. Through the ‘Letting Go Exercise,’ you’ll learn to release what no longer serves you, making room for new growth and possibilities.
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” – Isaiah 43:18-19
Join me for this short 4-week group coaching to create the space you need to explore how you can care for yourself while still caring for others.
God has created you to care for others. But He also desires for YOU to care for YOU. It can be easy to say but hard to do without a doubt.
Together, we will navigate the challenges of self-care and celebrate the blessings of growth, supported by scripture, prayer, and practical tools for discovering balance for your well-being. We can walk toward nurturing self-care together.
I’m excited to have you join us in this journey to Nurturing Self-care Together!
