Watching your parent age and become less independent confusing and hard.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with juggling your career, family and aging parent’s needs, then you are in the right place, coaching can help.

Can you imagine waking up in a new place in life with a plan and a sense of peace because you can provide the care you want for your parent and meet all your other obligations in life?

Picture a special time set aside each week just to focus on you, hear your heart and clear your head so your next steps are obvious. Coaching can help you do all that and more.

Having a professional coach will allow you to accomplish your personal goals two to seven times faster than going it alone.

What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a dynamic partnership that helps you gain clarity, explore possibilities, regain focus, and make confident decisions. Coaching empowers you to discover and live the plan you need to care for your parents and be who you were designed to be.

How Does Coaching Work?

Coaching is designed to meet your unique needs, you will be in the drivers seat.  It will help you to explore where you are, where you want to be and design the path to close that gap.  Coaching allows you to choose the agenda and set the pace.

Typically, you and your coach will meet three or four times each month for 45 minute appointments, although it will be custom fit to your scheduling needs.

All coaching is done over the phone and can take place from your home, office, or even on the road.

It couldn’t be more convenient or easier.
